Merry Merry Pillow Boxes

Hello!  I hope you are having a great weekend!  I've been so busy lately, mostly looking for my mojo.  It seems to have gone on holiday early!  I managed to find some yesterday afternoon so I could make these little holiday pillow boxes for the ladies in my golf club:

This was a fun little project.  And the best part was making the little tags.  I didn't have any brilliant ideas for tags this year until I saw this post by Maile Belles.  This appeals to me on so many levels, but mostly because of the patterned paper.  Such a fun way to use all that patterned paper I have.

I pulled out some pretty holiday Stampin' Up DSP from last year and the cute little lady golfer stamp from A Muse Studio.  My Rhubarb Stalk ink from Memento was too juicy but it was the perfect color so I used it anyway.

Yay!  One more thing knocked off my holiday to do list.  Now I have a couple of birthday cards to make today.

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great day!

Cardstock: SU Very Vanilla
Patterned Paper: SU Be of Good Cheer (retired)
Stamps: A Muse Studio Swingin' Day, Mama Elephant Merry Greetings, My Cute Stamps Let It Snow
Ink: Memento Rhubarb Stalk, PTI New Leaf
Other: MFT Square Pillow Box, A Muse Studio Classic Tags die and silver elastic cord, Recollections Faux Pearls

  1. Oh these are adorable Linda, the ladies are going to love them! I hadn't seen that post by Maile, it is def. a great way to use patterned paper scraps, I have so many!
