Freshly Made Sketches #75

Happy Wednesday!  I just can't believe how time is flying by.  It's already time for a new sketch from Freshly Made Sketches!  Today's sketch is bittersweet for me.  Our beautiful talented Tui Nathan created this sketch and this will be her last week as a member of the Clean Team.  I will certainly miss her wonderful sketches and cards.

When I saw Tui's sketch, I just knew I had to use my new burlap.  I've seen others use it and I love the texture it adds.  So I pulled out my roll, snipped off a strip and used it here:

My October Afternoon Farm Girl collection was still out on my desk and I thought the burlap would work perfectly with the card for a country feel.  I'm iffy about how it turned out but I do like the burlap.  Hmmm ... now I'm thinking about using it with dies.

Here is Tui's wonderful sketch:

Be sure to stop by Freshly Made Sketches and check out all the wonderful creations from the Clean Team!  And please come and play.  I'd love to see your take on Tui's sketch!

Thanks for stopping by!  Have a great day!
