This was an easy challenge for me because I still have some toys from the Valentine release that I hadn't used yet. It's no secret that I love patterned paper, so one of my favorite stamping techniques is to make my own patterned paper. I thought it would be fun to use the sentiments in Sending My Love to make some patterned paper. I arranged all the sentiments on clear blocks and using Cherry, Blush and Slate ink and my trusty stamp positioner, I stamped four rows of sentiments on Sugar card stock.
I used Seattle petite polka dot cardstock for my card base and added my strip of patterned paper to the bottom of the card. Then I used a couple of other favorite techniques - die cutting my own embellishments and popping them up with foam dimensionals. I used the Hearts Trio dies and Cherry gingham paper to cut out some hearts and added them to my card. That's it! I hope you like it!
