When I saw the Sketch Challenge #82 from Waltzingmouse, I knew exactly what I wanted to do. I pulled out a couple of my favorite Waltzingmouse stamp sets and started stamping...and stamping...and stamping. I love all the sentiments in the Back in the Saddle stamp set and used all the ones that I thought worked well together and could be used for a birthday card. It took a while but I really like how it turned out. So much, I almost wanted to just leave it as is:
But I didn't! I found a great dark brown gingham on kraft in my patterned paper collections, used an edgers die to cut it and finished the card off with another patterned paper that I stamped on with more images from the Way Out West and Back in the Saddle stamp sets. I then popped the whole topper up with foam dimensionals.
Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!
