Holiday Projects Review

With the year end fast approaching, I thought I should get my act together and post some of my favorite Christmas and holiday cards and projects for this year.  I totally got swept up in preparing for the holidays and ignored my poor blog in November and December.

Like last year, I participated in our annual craft fair at work this year.  I made most of my holiday cards in October and then spent November and early December making other items, mostly tags.  You will see that I used a lot of patterned papers this year.  I am totally addicted to patterned papers and this year there were so many amazing papers.  I especially love 6x6 and 8x8 paper pad collections with coordinating papers.

The craft fair was pretty successful for me again.  I made just over $300.  My biggest seller was cocoa sliders again! People are just fascinated with these.  This year I sold only a few of my holiday cards; I sold more of my non-holiday cards.  My tags (gift and wine bottle) were pretty popular also.  I made ornaments using the PTI damask snowflake dies and sold a dozen to one person, not one to anyone else.  It was certainly interesting to see what sold and what didn't.

Here is a photo of my table from just before the fair started.  Sorry for the quality, I used my cellphone to take the photo.

Here are photos of some of my favorite cards and other projects:

Pretty tags (I added baker's twine)

I am not adding a supplies list because there is so much displayed here, but if there is something you are interested in, leave a comment and I'll be happy to share.

Thanks for visiting my blog!
