Get Well Teapot

I finally have a day to spend in my craft room.  My husband calls it my "lair" - LOL!  I'm doing a little organizing and making some cards for my stash.  I have a few holes in my stash - one is Get Well cards, so I am going to make some this weekend.  Here is my first batch:

I usually make a duplicate when I am making cards; it's easy since I have everything right at hand.  This is the first time I've used PTI's Tea for Two stamp set and dies.  Fun, fun...

I decorated the inside of the card with stamps from PTI's Tea for Two Additions.  I love the finished look.

As for organizing, this morning I went through all my stamps and pulled out all the "get well" sentimates and images and stamped them out on cardstock for my stamp binder.  Now when I need to make a get well card, I can look through the binder to find the right stamps.  I'll continue this with "thank you", "miss you", "thinking of you", "sympathy", etc.

Back to the craft room...

Patterned Paper: Cosmo Cricket Fleuriste

Ink: Memento Sweet Plum and Tuxedo Black, Tim Holtz Antique Linen Distress Ink
